Becuase when i try to start RAGE Hook it says the inistalled game version 877 is not supported this build or rage is made for 1103

Since you are on an outdated GTA version, your best bet would be to reinstall GTA.

 

You could try and verify integrity of game cache, but it may not work.

is there is any other Solution ? 
maybe inistall new gta v update

or download an old RAGE Hook that support my version

i know that verifying game cache is from steam but i don't have it should i inistall it then verify it ?

and i'm using cracked version i don't have the original version that costs 60$ D:

The problem you're having is that your game is pirated and ragehook doesn't support it.
