Okay, so walk me through this.

 

You installed it as a standalone and it spawns as a standalone, right?  It has the lightbar?  Does it spawn with the texture on the side, or is it just plain white?

In simpletrainer the vehicle will spawn in but the lighting is messed up but not when I call it on radio

Okay, and if you can, please take a screenshot of this messed up lighting. I may have an idea why.

I fixed the lighting and it spawns correctly in simple. Trainer but it's still the regular van when I call on the radio

Ahh, right.  That you will need to change yourself. :)  Open the config for police smart radio and you should see an option to add in a custom coroner van.

 I can't seem to find it I know where police radio file is but it doesn't have vehicle options?

I'm not using police smart radio, so I don't know the exact layout of the config, but in the old police radio there was

 

//Coroner Vehicle Type
//default SPEEDO
//modded van CORBOXVILLE (if installed)
CoronerVan = CORRUMPO

 

 

I think I'll ask how on another forum...I've been doing it right all along but I didn't know that u had to change the van in police radio that really helps..

You can ask on another forum, but there was a bit of confusion between us.  I thought you meant you were having trouble getting it to spawn at all.
