The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So here is the millionth ELS thread on this site.

Anyways, ELS loads, and makes two of my vehicles lights look beautiful. Every other vehicle I have has dim lights.  However, only the light bar is affected. 

How do I make its ALL work?

 

Screenshot below. The Vic has working ELS lights all over. The Charger's light bar is very dim.

for one. do you have radiance V, or an equivalent?

two- did you edit any of the settings in ELS.ini? if so replace it. you could have messed with how far the lights show.
