The West Cleveland Police Pack

 

I have been SCOURING the internet, and NOBODY has made an ELS pack for Cleveland (That I have found)... 

I would love to do it myself... But I haven't got the first clue on how to do it. Hahahah. Best leave it to the professionals. 

 

Point is. In 2015, there were over 300 thousand people living in Cleveland... 

I am SURE that if this pack was made, it would NOT go unnoticed.

 

Not to mention, in my opinion, West Cleveland police has VERY beautiful cars. And you don't see too many mainly black ELS cars in GTA 5 either. So there is an extra added benefit. 

 

Please, someone help me out here. I would really appreciate it!

 

PS. I dug around for about 2 hours looking for pictures. These are the best I could find. 

I know I am missing some angles I think. Sorry. I did my best to help aid you in this project.

This is my first post / request. I hope I provided all the necessary details. 

*Sidenote* The back end of the Marked charger and Ford Taurus are identical. (I was unable to find a read end picture of the charger)

If you scroll down and look at the 70s and 80s cars they used to be lime green all the way up to the early 90s when they went with the LAPD style black and whites. The new black cars have only been in service about 10 years.

I actually did come across this one. But unfortunately, this is only a vehicle texture. It has no ELS, and I honestly don't even know if it has working lights. (Probably does have basic lights though)

Alright so you want to develop completely new models rather than just texturing like the hurks FPIU and say some other packs that have the same lightbars as west Cleveland?

Honestly, I have no idea... All I know is if possible, I want it to have the best textures possible, with some nice els lighting :D

 

In short, I would 'like' them to be as HIGH quality and as realistic as possible... But! Beggars can't really be choosers. :)
