Anyone know why when playing the Firefighter mod the gangs will start shooting  at me when I use the fire extinguisher?

That's just how the AI are.  If you aim a weapon in the hood, they are 110% triggered.  You can use the Keep Calm mod to stop them from getting aggressive, however, that mod requires you to be on duty with LSPDFR.  My advice is that if you go into the Davis/gang area for the firefighting mod, turn on god mode and just ignore them.

In the trainer there is an option called "people ignore player" (or something like that), it should fix that.
