Mods folder renamed to Mods1 and game loaded with standard cars (only thing I have modded)

 

Still no pull over. Only thing I have noticed, when I go on duty I get a message version 0.3.1 is available, but no identification as to which mod it is?

That notification is one everyone gets, you're on the latest version of LSPDFR, so no worries.  It's not a mods issue, not a plugin issue.  What other scripts or trainers do you have?

None, fresh install base. 

 

All I have download is listed here. Was a fresh GTA5 Install on the 11th as I had just re-built PC and not had it installed for 9 months after getting fed up with all the online cheating which was ruining everything.

 

Nothing else apart from ELS and LSPDFR.

I'm about out of ideas, to be honest.  There's no reason LSPDFR should be half working and half not.   Take a screenshot of your GTA V directory, please.

 

Also try running Rage as admin, see if it makes any difference.

Rage as admin makes no difference, Tried that one

What is nVPmApi.Core.win64.dll?

Quick google suggests a GTA5 DLL, Lots of google posts of games unable to start because that file is missing.

If you're on the disc version I guess it may come with the game?  It certainly doesn't come with the GTA download on Steam.  You aren't using compatibility mode on your computer, correct?

Yes I am a disk user, only had 15GB of updates to do on install.

I don't know if this is related, but I found a thread from March of last year where a user was having the exact same issue - everything worked except traffic stops.  You can try and reloadallplugins in the Rage console and see if it makes any difference, however, how this user fixed it was to do a complete reinstall of GTA and his mods.

 

I'm not an expert by any means, someone could post with a solution at some point.  At this point, I unfortunately am out of ideas.  Before reaching the point of reinstalling everything, you could just do a reinstall of Rage and LSPDFR.

Ok, Ill see when I fancy an hour and half install :)
