This is the first time I have noticed this. As I patrolled today I noticed police cars would randomly pull up, officer would walk out and walk away abandoning car. this happened once during a traffic stop and once while I was just pulled over running radar. No lspdfr crash this time. I cleaned world and it still occurred. Any thoughts. This may not repeat but thought I throw it out.
