Game crash when pressing 'end' to end callouts

I've been having a little trouble with ending callouts recently; I'm not sure if it's a specific callout pack that's causing it but whenever I press End to cancel a callout it crashes my game. Its possibly an outdated callout pack or whatnot but for the life of me I can't seem to track down the issue. Here's what I found in my Rage logs at the point where the crash occurs:

There's no mention of any specific callout plugin causing it, so I'll have to do some digging in my callout files, but has anyone had any similar problem?
