You can move this topic if its in the wrong place. I couldnt create a topic in the suggest forum and I dont plan to post enough to get the honor of posting there.

I was thinking that instead of wondering a city aimlessly arresting people that will only get your stats higher and really makes no difference (although stats are good) If you guys could develp a system like San Andreas had with gangs where the areas you controlled are in green and areas you dont were red ect. In GTA IV the parts of the city which were not under control of police were in red or orange if borderline and green if all is well. This way you know which parts of the city to patrol and which needs your attention more.

The more busts you do the colors go from red, to orange, to green. It would be a constant fight to keep crime in the entire city under control.
