Hi what mod would i use for like a partner or a group of swat members? Also how would i install other mods to lspdfr ( nypd police car mod etc. )

You could try Darkmyre's partner mod, ot the Yet Another Partner Mod that is on this site.  However, as per a group of partners for SWAT, no partner plugin is able to do this to my immediate knowledge.  If you use Simple Trainer, you can spawn in three + bodyguards, but they are a tad buggy with their AI.

Bodyguards are a part of Simple Trainer.  If you mean callout type mods, the .dll and.ini go into your plugins-->LSPDR folder, while the audio folder goes in police scanner.

Might I suggest a visit to youtube, you can learn so much on there and its like having someone with you teaching you. Really is the best way to learn!
