I did say to try turning it on high, not ultra. :P  There is a small glitch sometimes where ultra postfx does not have the outcome that you'd want.

Yeah i put it on high just now and nothing changed.

Before you do this, verify if it's an issue with all vehicles or just one.  There are some ELS models that have shitty lighting by default, and nothing you edit will fix it.   If it's on all

Alright, but instead of installing that same vehicle, try a different ELS vehicle.

In your GTA V settings, find the option "Shader quality". Set to high.

If you've never touched the carcols before, then never mind. I'm trying to rule out anything and everything that may be the problem.  I genuinely have no idea why this isn't working for you.

In visualsettings, are you positive you didn't accidentally put the numbers in the wrong spot?

car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on        6000.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on        1500.00
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.off        0.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.off        0.00

Ignore the emissive.off values.

You installed the ELS VCF correctly for the car, didn't you?

It didn't come with an ELS VCF but it came with ELS.XML.

There is also a Required Meta file i did nothing with.

Did you rename ELS.XML to whatever that modded car's name is? If not, try doing that and making sure that XML is in pack_default (GTA directory / ELS)

Seems stupid, lol.  I've had times where all someone needed to do was have PostFX on high and all was good. Not sure why shader quality matters, but whatever.

If the lights seem too bright, all you gotta do is lower the numbers in visualsettings.  Other than that...have fun. :P

I tried to install something to lspdfr and it messed it up, so i reinstalled everything after like a day or so, and they aint bright again lmao.

That's a simple fix.  Extract your visual settings and look for car.defaultlight.emissive.on, there's one for day and night.  Change the day to 6000.00 and night 1500.00
