ELS not bright enough.

Yep i done that, and once again still nothing.

    Before you do this, verify if it's an issue with all vehicles or just one.  There are some ELS models that have shitty lighting by default, and nothing you edit will fix it.   If it's on all

Ahh, yeah, the mods folder takes precedence.
