The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Im having this same issue it worked fine this morning but then I added siren mastery in and disabled all of the siren tones for each of the VCF's and this issue has suddenly popped up. Changing them all back has yielded the same result.
