The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yeah that error pertains to using an old AdvancedHookV. Make sure you install the one from ELS 1.05 and not the standalone one.

Additionally, you can try adding the AdvancedHookV.dll to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install that file from ELS 1.05 and restart your PC. See if the error continues.
