The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I went to install a sound mod for my guns so they sound a bit more real....When i go in game after installing them the way the instructions say they are all muted.....you can hear the bullet impacting but not the actual sound from any of the weapons. Any Help?

The weapons folder has exceeded the size limit. You could go in and delete sounds that you don't think are important, or you could try a different pack.
