I have installed my spike strip mod for my gta 5 game it wont even load i have installed H:\Down Loads\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR it should load when i go on duty but it wont work when i dragged and dropped it to my main folder so i dropped it to the grand theft auto folder it goes into the folder but i copy it from the main folder in i put in my plugins\ lspdfr but i still have the copy in the main folder from when i copy and pasted into my plugins\ lspdfr so i delted the orginal copy but i still have the copy in plugins\lspdfr

Try moving the spike strip .dll and config to your main plugins folder. Then, in game, open the console with F4 and type "loadplugin spike", then press tab so it auto fills it out for you and press enter. It should load.

okay it works what about police smart radio can i put the dll file into my main plugins

Unfortunately not.  Police Smart Radio has to be in the LSPDFR folder.

So I have all the mods going traffic policer, spike strip mod, arrestor mod somthing like that and police smart radio  but the thing is when i start gta 5 after installing arresting mod and smart radio it said i didnt have the recent arresting mod version i just downloaded it today 7/1/2017 also i dont have all the police smart radio features like i dont have call tow truck or call the corner or call the insurece company feature

Make sure you have albo1125.common, and that it's updated.

 

 

Okay i put the new update in it fixed the arrestor manger say it wasnt up to date but i still dont have the tow truck feature

Your best bet is to go on the Smart Radio page and ask Albo. I've ran into a few users having problems with it, and since I don't use it, I can't say for sure if there's a problem or not.

Make sure you add in the vehicle exactly as the readme says.

Did you also install the VCF XML that came with it?  The VCF file goes into main GTA V directory-->ELS-->SAMPLE_VEHICLES, or whatever default folder you have.

okay so i changed the cars in open iv like this correct

putting the rar files into fragment objects

then i dragged the xml files to the ems folder in my gta 5 directory

okay i installed them correctly but i dont know how to change the lights i am using a controller
