The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You cannot open the ELS console on controller.  The default ELS keybind is the pause menu, so you'll need to change it.

 

Go into ELS's INI, look for "TogInfoPanl = ", change the value to 85. Now CTRL U will open it.
