OK there is something wrong with LCPDFR, the game goes OK and the LCPDFR works good (part from crushing down to the desktop)

Any other mods installed? Have you tried running it without any other mods? Does it crash without LCPDFR installed?

and the back-grand sometimes not loading as well, walking/driving around blind, most the time

Looks like a problem with ELS. Remove it and try playing the game
