The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

GTAVLauncher.exe failed to start.

So the problem I'm having is that upon using the Rage exe to launch GTA 5 Rage loads, but takes a long time to do so, about 30 seconds to a minute. After this time GTA 5 will launch, but it is the non-Rage hook version (Vanilla GTA 5) that loads. When I close GTA 5, Rage displays a message saying that the game failed to launch, even though it didn't.  I've done a complete reinstall of GTA 5 that included removing all mods I had. Even on a fresh install the game wont launch through Rage.

I have installed a brand new graphics card recently and double checked I had all the requirements for Rage to run.

There is no log file created by Rage, and running in administrator mode does not work. I also do not have an anti-virus software running, and no other overlay applications such as FRAPS running besides the Nividia in game overlay which displays my current FPS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had the same issue.  If you're running the Steam version, try this:

End all Steam processes in Task Manager.

Go to C:\Program Files\Steam (or the Steam directory that was specified during installation).

Locate ClientRegistry.blob and rename this file to ClientRegistryOld.blob

Restart Steam to allow the file to be recreated.

It still took a little while to start on the first try, but I've been able to launch everything since I've done this.
