I'm not positive on what that means, but where is your GTA V folder located?  C drive, or an external drive?

Did you copy the GTA V folder to your D drive? if so, that is part of the problem.  You need to have one GTA V folder.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure.  The error you're given about the registry makes no sense seeing as your GTA V is in the D: drive.  Have you moved GTA V.exe or GTA V Launcher.exe?  Such as to your desktop.
