The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR crashes upon loading.

Have you tried launching Rage as administrator?  If so, and it still happens, it could mean that your game is using too much ram.

Yes, and it still occurs. It couldn't be using more than my system has, that I'm certain of. If I disable loading plugin on launch, I can boot into the game with no issues. As soon as I load the plugin, then it spams the console with "LSPD First Response.dll has crashed!" and lags the ever loving joy out of it.

Try running Albo's troubleshooter, see what it says.

LSPD First Response.dll and .pdb

Those two files should be in your Plugins folder. :)

Please move those to the correct folder and try again.

If that's the case, then there'd be nothing in the folder.

The sub LSPDFR folder is for callouts and other plugins that will load when you go on duty.  LSPD First Response.dll and .pdb both go into plugins.  See my screenshot.

I tried, it crashes at the same location as previous.

Can post rage log if need be.

At what point is your game crashing?  Does it crash when it's on the initial loading screen (the screen that says "loading and populating world"), or does it crash when you actually load in?

It shows the message "LSPD First Response.dll has crashed!" about 5 seconds after the rage menu box shows "Loading and populating world". At that point, it bogs my computer down to where it takes ~20 seconds to alt+tab into something else.

Is there a chance your computer is simply running out of space, or is struggling with modded GTA?

Well, GTA V is installed on a HDD with 2.3TB of extra space. I've played it fine last week with simple mods including HookScriptV, with a trainer and car/weapon/player mods.

I mean, I can list the specs for this if you wish.

  • Intel i5-7500 @3.4Ghz
  • ASUS GTX 1070
  • 16GB Ram
  • 256GB SSD
  • 3TB HDD

I mean, the PC handles ultra BF1 without any issues or frame issues. If you spot something that isn't up-to-par for LSPDFR let me know.

Also: I deleted the trainers, and other mods to try out LSPDFR/ the only remaining mod is a GTR add-on car.

Here's my GTA V Directory, if that helps.
