At this point, I really don't know what to tell you.  Most of the time, system access violations are thrown from your computer, not Rage or LSPDFR.  In some cases, system access violations can be a result of a mistake you made while editing/placing a file, but that doesn't seem to have any baring here.

My last bit of advice is to troubleshoot.  I would go ahead and remove LSPDFR. then try loading into your game. Still crash?  It's something with Rage and your computer.

Is everything up to date, including Rage?

Unfortunately, that'll be the extent of my knowledge.  Check your Rage log again, if it still says access violation, it's something your computer doesn't like about LSPDFR.  If you have a firewall or anti virus, add GTA/Rage as an exception.
