White textures on Siren Activation

Kinda strange, not stressing since we've had such a rough week, but never seen this before....when I hit the siren, textures go white except for things like taillights, turn siren off, back to normal textures...

 

Never seen this before.....maybe a one off, but I did reboot after updating everything, so it was a pretty clean load...
