What mod in your opinion is the best lighting enhancer? For example "Radiance V"

For me it really depends. I've tried plenty of different visual setting mods, a lot of them just don't appeal to me. Lights might be too bright, colours off, addins that don't make sense to me. I have two or so visual setting edits of my own. One for halogens, one for LEDs. Guess which one is used the most. Are you looking for one in particular?

Just something other than Radiance,  something new and that is bright to enhance the LEDs.
