Yesterday I tried downloading a file and received this error.  Tried downloading another file and that one worked fine.

Just now I tried to download T0y's Paleto Police pack to check something and I'm getting the error.

I'm having download problems as well, although I'm not getting errors. Instead, when I've been trying to download large packs in .zip or .rar files of around 200MBs or so, they stop downloading after about 10 or 15MBs. I open the pack only to find that there is nothing inside. Re-downloading the files only makes some of the content reappear. I have not yet been able to download a file in its entirety. Not sure if that's an issue on LCPDFR's side or the file host's side, but it just seems odd that .zip and .rar files have different contents inside them each download.

I'm getting this as well, except I'm just trying to install the Hybrid Responder -
