Police Smart Radio and Traffic Policer

I have tested that,  only Traffic Policer works and if I want to add Police Smart Radio, then after I go on-duty, the game freezes, but I can still navigate the GTA V default menu and I can't use Police Smart Radio without Traffic Policer.  I have the latest RAGENativeUI and Albo1126.Common.dll. I used Albo's troubleshooter too, but that showed no errors. I added RagePluginHook.log too.

 

I hope someone can help me.
