Filter out users files

There is a particular person flooding the website with a lot of low quality work. Can we implement a way to filter out a users content? I know I can ignore users, but their stuff still shows up on the website.

Hmm, I know who you're talking about. I imagine when he catches up with this, he won't be too pleased.

@Izick I mean, they do use MS Paint to make vehicle skins... so you're probably right. lol
