EUP 7.5 WinRAR Diagnostic Messages Problem

 So today as many of you might know EUP 7.5 (Emergency Uniforms Pack 7.5) was released. So I downloaded the automatic installation and when I open the .rar file I can't move the ''EUP LEO 7.5.oiv'' file to my desktop. Everytime I try to drag and drop the file to my desktop a weird window pops up. Can someone please help me fix this? First it said there was no storage left on my desktop so I have tried deleting over 15gb of programs, games and just files in general but nothing has changed except for the fact that it now says the file is corrupt. I'm fucking tired of this I just wanna play lmfao! If a screenshot is needed I can go ahead and update this post with one however I need to find out how to change the language from Swedish to English. Any help regarding this issue is appreciated, thanks.

@NoNameSet Like I said it's in swedish so it's pretty much useless unless you know swedish but until i find a way to change language here you go:

its ok, i did it myself, so it says that the file is corruped and that the check sum is wrong or something like that. Try downloading it again extract it to your desktop, if you are still having problems afer that choose an other install option.

@NoNameSet I have downloaded the automatic installation 3 times and the manual installation 2 times, everything is the same but the manual one just crashes my game. I have reinstalled my game just to have a clean copy with ragehook but still crashes. I have also checked the ''readme'' included in the files and do excatly what it says but like i said it just keeps crashing. Hopefully it's a problem for everyone and not only me, I dont wanna be that one guy who can't use this mod xD

@NoNameSet If you installed the automatic installation did you drag and drop the oiv file to your desktop without any problems?
