gta 4 lcpdfr diagnostic problem failed to resolve msvcr110.dll

Hi.

I have a gta 4 and recently i installed the lcpdfr mod but i have this problem and I installed all the microsoft visual c++ but anything happens.Also i installed the latest patch of gta 4 .

if you know how to solve this problem ,please let me know. 

 

I have this version of windows : Windows 7  64x

You might missing some system requirements,
