yeah I have all of that up to date

 

Followed the instructions given here 

 

Now I get the RAGE splash screen during loading, and it appears to load successfully with the sound playing that usually signifies the end of loading. However it never gets past the load screen even still. Interestingly enough it gives me access to the RPH console with F4 after the finished loading sound plays

I'm having the same problem, I've went on Rageplugin and downloaded the newest rage plugin hook and i keep getting the same message "

The current game version is not supported.

Installed game version: 0
Latest game version: 1032
Supported game versions: 1103

The installed game version (0) is not supported. This build of RAGE Plugin Hook is made for version 1103."

Any ideas? if i try to run GTA 4 it just doesn't even load up.

Do you mean GTA 4 or 5?

 

Make sure GTA5.exe, PlayGTA5.exe, and RagePluginHook.exe are in the same GTA directory.

gta 4 for me and they are all in the same file, i just keep getting that message and now still won't load up

i cant seem to get my lspdfr to load properly. When I try to load RPH it says:
