The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I have a problem for install LSPD, I'll send you a screen to describe in detail my problem:

Okay so here, we can see  that I've to install Visual CC++ 2015.

I click on the link...

I can't dowload Visual C++ redistributable package 2015, when I open the link, there is an Error 404.

Please help me :(

Should be able to get it from here - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

 

If not, just google it. It's most likely uploaded to other websites other than microsoft
