How to turn off lights.

Featured Replies

So, the cop vehicle i have modded for Police, Police2, and Police3 have these ugly looking light bars. When an extra is used the front of the light bar stays on all the time. Sometimes the AI units have them on and it looks dumb. I dont know what else to call it except take down lights. But its not in the middle of the light bar its the whole front of the bar. What im wondering is how to remove that extra from the models themselves. I would ask the creator of the mods but http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/15289-els-lspd-mega-pack/ doesn't exist no more. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

According to your ELS control panel, the takedowns are on because they are enabled.  Try pressing  "]" on your keyboard, or the right thumb pad button on controller. Should turn it off.

I'm not sure if takedowns are something you can completely disable from a vehicle.  I don't know much about making ELS enabled vehicles.

For reference, though, while it is unappealing to have takedowns on 24/7 and for AI to constantly use them, takedowns can be your best friend at night.  I just installed a different LSPD pack that doesn't have takedowns, and it saddens me. >_>

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

In the vcf, make sure that extra_11 is set to true. If that doesn't fix your problem, try to re-assign your key bindings for takedowns to a different key, then try to turn them on again.
