Importing/Exporting From ZModeler Makes The PED Not Work?

Featured Replies

Hey, guys, I am hoping for some advice from some modders on here who might know my issue. I am trying to bring a premade, working model into ZModeler and edit the components of it. The reason for this is that I want to add a leg holster on some and then remove a component on other which I don't want my officers to have. The import is fine and I seem to be able to edit the PED perfectly fine (My edits show up in game), but there's an issue with the PED once it's in-game... Watch the video below and you'll see exactly what I mean. The hands, head, and sometimes feet (Not in that video though) seem to function properly, but the rest of the body stays in once large mass and just tilts with movement, which is very comical, but not very good for what I'm trying to do. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong... Even just importing and exporting a PED into and out of ZModeler without changing anything breaks it so that it acts like this! Any help is appreciated!

P.S. I do not plan on editing locked PEDs or PEDs that are not allowed to be edited... I only plan on using base PEDs and then adding my own components to them, the PED used in the video is just a proof of concept!

Thanks,

~Nick M.
