The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I started Rage Plugin hook and the mod loads but when i go to the badges on the map and to that police station it doesnt prompt me to go on duty. I tried redownloading the entire thing and it doesnt work.

 try to force duty with the f4 menu

 

hit f4 then type forceduty hit enter

 

 

try that. this way wont load cars or uniforms

 

you have to do that threw you trainer you have eg  trainerv ot the other ones
