i have just got a crown victoria police car but when i put the siren on its only the siren that works and the lights dont.

Do you think you have downloaded ELS car?

i think i have but i dont no why the lights wont work do i need to download something else ?

If it is an ELS car mod you of course need ELS (Emergency Lighting System) mod for them to work. You can get it from here: http://www.gtaemergencyvehicles.com/downloads.php?page_id=62

That's none of our business, but try typing it in the exact same way it's in the picture. Maybe you typed it wrong.
