I think the community especially LSPDFR (GTA 5) deserves vehicles to choose from like:

 

-More department based vehicles (Basically, packs that are based off real departments with their lighting setup, equipment, etc.)

-More Fire/EMS vehicles ( Chevy, GMC Ambulances)

-More unique patrol vehicles (e.g. Caprice, Durango, Expedition)

-Older vehicles (2000-2006 Impala, Tahoe, etc.)

 

As you would know GTA 4 offers more variety in terms of vehicles so hopefully we would see the same with GTA 5 in the future.

 

 

GTA IV has been out for a substantially longer period of time, and permission issues have slowed modeling in V down significantly as has the release of ELS only being six months ago. All these vehicles will be out in due time. In fact, many are WIPs that you will find floating around the vehicle model showroom.
