ELS Will not work

ELS refuses to work.. I tried many things.

Problem:

All my ELS cars do not work, as in I press the siren buttons and nothing happens, I press the default gta 5 button and all I hear are sirens, but no lights.

 

Tried solutions:

I tried reinstalling ELS, And re installing scripthook.

Immediate help would be appreciate thanks <3

 

Heres a picture of the car with the sirens on.. it looks EXACTLY the same when turned off.
