Vehicle texture question

I am trying to make vehicle liveries that have silver in them. Is there a good way of achieving a good gloss or metallic look. I use Photoshop, and the colors seem to come out sort of flat in GTA 5.

Not really, you can only use colours like grey at the max.

You can try to make the bottem of the car mixed with chrome, thats the only way  I can think of

If you make the base color transparent then you can use the default GTA colors, like the metallic silver but your backup will respond with random colors.
