The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Every time a suspect flees in a vehicle from me they always just drive in a straight line and end up crashing into a wall or whatever shows up first.

added missed plugins

I have the same issue. I've heard that ELS is the troublemaker. Everytime I change my siren, the suspect just goes straight into the wall. Because of that, I try not to change my siren during a pursuit.

    Hmm, never thought of ELS being the issue, I will try sticking with whatever siren i'm on during the pursuit. Thanks.

    Turn off the traffic control AI feature in the ELS INI. It's supposed to make cars in intersections get out of the way, but it actually just makes them drive into walls.
