I know how to install cars but when I do all the steps in the openiv I can see only two police models,

the police 2 and 3 the police 2 is "buffalo" and the police 3 is "interceptor" and I need the police cruiser.

and I saw ppl have police 1 2 3 4 5 6... and i have only two models what to do I need to mod the police cruiser

What exactly does this mean?  Where are you looking?

 

There are 12 law enforcement slots by default, this is including lifeguard, park ranger, and RIOT/SWAT truck. By default, however, the POLICE slots only go up to POLICE4 (POLICE, POLICE2, POLICE3, POLICE4).  For POLICE5 and above, you will need to start installing standalone/add on cars.  I think you can also use RDE for this, but I have never used it.

im looking in openiv>mods>x64>dlcpacks>patchday3ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf and there is no more than police 2 and 3

Most of those videos are completely out of date.  You no longer need to use specific patchdays except for the very latest that has a vehicles.rpf.  Putting your replacement files there will suffice.

Im sorry but I didnt understand you, so if I want to mod the "police cruiser" but I cant see this model in the vehicle.rpf what do I need to do?

Put the modded POLICE files in your very latest patchday folder.  Don't use patchday 3 or older ones.

I tried nothing changed.

as the videos showed me I need to replace the files but I cant replace if I dont have the police 1 or 4 or more.....

I can screenshot to show you that I have only police 2 and 3 I dont know what did I do wrong that everyone have this files

Navigate to patchday14>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf. Drag and drop the car files into vehicles.rpf. You do not need to replace car files (100% of the time).

I did it nothing happend still same cars in game

Did you install it inside or outside the mods folder?

Ok. Try installing it inside the mods folder. So: mods>patchday14>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

Yes but you are installing the car into patchday3ng. INSTALL THE CAR INTO PATCHDAY14NG. DRAG AND DROP THE FILES FROM THE CAR DOWNLOAD INTO PATCHDAY14NG. THE PATH WILL BE: openiv>mods>x64>dlcpacks>patchday14ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

I did it...... 100 times from the first answer Deputy Rourke told me that and nothing happend

Go into your latest patchday folder where you placed these vehicle files.  Right click on POLICE.yft (or whichever file you modded over).  What appears?  The modded car?
