Thank you guys so much for the help on my previous issue. I've never seen a more helpful forum in my entire life. I've installed EUP now, and it's doing the same thing. I can walk around in the Uniform just fine, but when I fire a weapon or try to get in a car, the game crashes. Here are some files that may help: (I'm not too good at reading these kind of things..)

That's the crash message. Are you running RPH as an admin? Do you have an exception in your antivirus for the GTA directory?

Nope, neither. It's my computer, but my dad has admin rights on it. That's why I see it as a pain to launch it as admin. I also run windows defender, so I don't think there's a way to make an exception.

Try removing your mods folder and run the game. 

 

Just drag the folder onto your desktop so you can add it back in at a later stage.
