The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I was watching Eli stream and I am pretty sure this is what he was playing.   So naturally I want to get in and try it out.  However ive never modded my gtaV.. The first question I have is do I need some sort of launcher to insert this mod?   Second is, Does this run on the offline version of the game, or online?

Also, it's very important to note that if you plan to play GTA Online still, you will need two separate GTA V directories. One for modded, and one for vanilla.
