The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

hey guys i bought the gta v version from steam yesterday 5/14/17 and downloaded lspdfr and rage plugin today and yes i installed lspdfr first then i installed rage plugin now when i start rage it says my installed game version is 0. then it says that my install is corrupt and file gta5.exe could not be found. i have no idea what to do from here so if any one is able to help me out i would greatly appreciate it. also i followed this you tube video step by step https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvmfvE8XCcM&t=998s&index=2&list=LL3Aq2I4Hyz-7VYyzZyr_dgQ

By the look of it you installed LSPDFR and RageHook in the wrong folder.

You need to install Lspdfr and RageHook in:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V
