rage plugin hook exited unexpectedly

hey can anyone tell me how to fix the rage plugin hook exited unexpectedly error i tried doing everything in the book how to fix it if any one knows how to fix the issue please msg me asap

I spent 5hrs + messing with this game this morning and finally threw in the towel, it has to be a windows update issue. Everything was working fine yesterday and all of a sudden all the asi and dll files became unsupported and causing the game to crash. I guess this means we are all at the mercy of Social Club and the modders to check out what happened and update their files to make them supported again. It actually felt today as if the computer was systematically rejecting all of the mods and pluggins that were working fine. It only allows me to use LSPDFR in default with no mods or call out packs. The only thing that works are items placed in the pluggins folder. Anything in the Pluggins/LSPDFR folder became unstable. ELSV and Sirenmastery became unstable as well.
