Hello, I tried to get on lspdfr and noticed a very strange happening and I was hoping someone could help me out. Everything works fine but when I force duty I get a message saying, "Error reading Transport World Districts.XML Setting default values" and then I get really bad texture glitches in the map. I hope someone can help me out. 

You may have messed with the file but here is a normal version of it to always revert back to. If this doesn't work try this

I tried replacing the old Transport Districts.xml with the new one and i'm still having the issue.. I even tried reinstalling arrest manager all together and no luck. I also ran the troubleshooter and it found nothing. Maybe my log can help some.
