The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

so ive been trying to venture into the city and patrol down there but the fps drops are just crazy when using rage + lspdfr + 10 or more plugins.

 

Does anyone actually patrol the city with smooth fps?

I have an i5-4690k and a Gigabyte G1 Gaming 1070.

 

Im at pretty much the same. How smooth are your fps changes? They look really rough for me and like the fps is a lower than it actually is.

 

(I know that question isnt at all related to the mod but while your here i might as well ask)

It's always Smooth, Rarely do I have a rough FPS drop.

May i ask if you are using Vsync and what refresh rate you are running?

I am, and 60Hz, also playing in 4K rescaled to 1080
