So i had responded to the scene of an animal attack. the victim survived and the puma started running at me. Rather than the typical "shoot it in the head and leave" strategy. I figured i'd try and see if there is any way to let it survive. I hopped on my Tahoe so i wouldn't die and started exploring my options. Then about 30 seconds later this asshole comes out of nowhere and just destroys the Puma and then runs away. (The steam messages are from a friend who was watching me via steam, he has never played LSPDFR)

Now i know it is possible to patrol the tip of Mount Chiliad if you want to. But what i mean by the title is, can you do a patrol in the military base that is actually worth doing? I have been trying to find a good military police vehicle for a little while now but ive had no luck. Has anybody else tried this? I have a uniform for it thanks to EUP but i really want to have a Military Police specific vehicle if im gonna patrol the area. Thanks guys.

Damn i thought that was the case, i wiped everything related to LSPDFR out of my directory and it seems to be working again. I was just about to say it was solved. Thanks anyway for the reply! Have a good night :D

Was playing LSPDFR the other night and this happened, It happend very quickly and i was shocked when i found her dead after the encounter. Link:

So, i spawned a car without going on duty. The lights still turn on/off with x. The only things running are LSPDFR and Entity Persistence. The other things shouldnt run before i go on duty, right? Could my ELS install be messed up? EDIT: Figured it out! So happy right now :D What i did was downgrade from 1.0.5 to 1.0.0 and it is now working flawlessly with correct bindings. Have a good night!

That was the first thing i checked. Lights binding is still H. X is only Duck.

Just checked the binds after you said that. You're 100% right. This sucks.... Im not sure if a mod is causing a conflict or not. I just installed a bunch at once after reinstalling GTAV and just remembering what i used to have.

I never really play with the ELS panel in the bottom right turned on. But i turned it on as a test and it was in fact turning the lights on and off. Looks like it is called "Blackout mode" It looks like its meant to do this. This Config file isnt very user friendly though. Cant find the translation from codes to letters anywhere :l EDIT: found it. Gonna try and change this value and see if it fixes anything

kk, Plugins now has a capital P. I didnt notice it was an ELS thing but i know now i found the ELS config and im 1 step closer to figuring this out. The bindings arent really keys though, they're codes for keys. So what im trying to change is under code "220". How can i view find which code is which letter?

When i force a callout by pressing x, my headlights turn off. I like to patrol in a nighttime setting because i think that atmosphere is cool. This is very annoying :( I have approx 10-12 mods installed but im not sure which would have that key bind. Does anyone know which mod does this? thanks

Ive been trying to install uniform mods. More specifically toronto police uniforms. I keep doing installs exactly as instructed but the uniforms arent changing. What do i do?

How do i delete the green skin that occasionally flashes? Which file would contain the skin? Thanks
