The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Memory overload. Happens when you're using graphics mods/HD textures/high polygon count vehicles that plunder your rig. Remove ENBs/texture mods/modded cars and you'll see that the game runs fine.
