Has anyone successfully be able to use the latest LCPD: FR with modded, ELS-enabled vehicles (Obviously with the ELS mod) without any crashes with GTA 4 1.0.7.0? I'm aware that LCPD: FR only supports GTA vanilla so I hope asking isn't beating a dead horse.

Many people use ELS enabled vehicles (including myself, at times). If you have a strong enough system, you shouldn't have a problem.

We always say that only vanilla is supported because mods throw in too many variables to work with when it comes to troubleshooting, so when people have problems, we need to have them remove mods besides LCPDFR to see if it really is the problem. There are other reasons too but that's the big one. From what I have gathered, at least.

Well, that's the thing. I run a system that can play BF3 and Crysis 2 at maximum settings beautifully. Now I can and have played GTA 1.0.7.0 with the ELS and it's vehicles smoothly, but I still crash. My suspicion is in the vehicle's themselves. When police are chasing me, I watch the radar and just before the game crashes, I see the police indicators on the radar flickering from street to street almost as if they're having trouble spawning. Other than that, sometimes the game likes to just crash; I still believe it's a vehicle spawn issue.

Alright. I'm in the process of installing the game to have a fresh start and keep track of my mods. I'm still getting familiar with the files; Which INI are you referring to?
