The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I know this question has been asked a lot, but how do I change the in-game Officers name, I have tried all of Google, all >INI files and all the Readme's, I can not find an answer, please help, it would be much appreciated.

Thinking off the top of my head, I'm fairly sure Traffic Policer and Police SmartRadio have name options.
